Our ceramic drippers are made from Arita-yaki, a traditional style of Japanese ceramics with a 400 year history. Each dripper is handmade by a local craftsperson and, coupled with its functional beauty, create a stunning contrast between the traditional and the modern. The V60's conical shape allows for deeper layering of coffee grounds, and its spiral ridges and lack of flow restriction allow the user to pour the water quickly for a delicate body or slowly for a heavier flavor. Note about Saddle: This special glaze offers a variation of pigment giving the dripper color depth and interest. The edges are are lighter and the troughs are darker making for a dynamic finish. V60 Colour Ceramic Dripper 02 [Limited Edition]

Instructions to Use: Fold the filter paper along the crimped edge and place it inside in the cone-shaped V60 dripper. Pour hot water around the inside of the filter paper for about 5 seconds. Rinsing the filter helps seal it inside the dripper and also gets rid of any papery taste. Take the dripper off the pot and discard the rinse water. Pour your medium ground coffee into the V60 dripper. Gently shake the dripper back and forth to settle the grounds, then set it back on top of the pot.
