The ink cartridges are transparent, letting you easily see how much ink is left. Note: Do not remove the plastic wrap near the back end of the marker until you are ready to replace the ink cartridge. Do not replace the ink cartridge until it is completely empty. Removing the cartridge while it contains ink may result in leakage.
